1 Circle Island Lasqueti Island, BC V0A 0A1

Circle Island is an approximate 6.5 acre private island located adjacent to the popular Jedediah Marine Park just off Texada and Lasqueti Islands. Part of a small archipelago of islands and islets, Circle Island is one of only a few privately held properties within this area, the balance of which are part of the Marine Park. Similar to the area's geology, Circle Island is comprised of granite, with fairly steep, but mostly accessible topography. The Island supports an incredible and diverse range of flora and fauna, with the central area of the island rising up to approximately 40 meters, offering incredible views. Several possible building sites are located throughout the island. Several small coves will provide boat access, however there is currently no dock infrastructure. Texada and Lasqueti Island are both easily reached by boat with Squitty Bay on Lasqueti the closest. Circle Island is an affordable private island within a highly unique and popular area of BC's coast.
